Finally getting around to trying my 1964 cured resin, I am quite pleased with the end result. This batch was the GLTO #41 (I really want to get the new GG4 one too but have to wait for a job first). It had a very soft herbal aroma on opening the jar as well as signs that It wasn't stored the best by BC's warehouse. It was all bunched to the side and had some stuck to the lid like it was trying to leak out. I'm hoping it didn't degrade too much from that but no telling with their poor handling. It handled fairly well, sticky but manageable and only a hint of sugaring going on. In my Yocan Orbit, low still treated it the best by letting the soft sweetness come out. On all settings there was a really nice herbal background to the vapor. Medium was kind of fun since it tasted like Hendrick's gin, gassy (in an alcohol way) cucumbers and herbal/floral but with no sweetness. On high it just was bitter (in a good way) herbal, losing most of the complexity. It was quite clean and I had very little residue by the end. The high was a very soft but persistent all over high and nicely relaxing as well. It really let me relax and end my night how I wanted to. I did not really feel the percentage potency here but I felt it hit well if not true to flower precisely. I am interested though in when I try the vape cart how close these two will be to each other.
