Been really into the mix bags lately, although typically not my thing the bags are starting to be more appealing with the genetics coming through.
So, Summer Drop from Carmel technically snuck in there but it was more of the end of summer but who's judging! The latest in the 2 x 3.5g offerings here included two really interesting strains that caught my eye with the LA Beatnik and the Star Scream. Both packed extremely well with a lot of attention to details that we know and love from Carmel.
LA Beatnik : Kush Mints x Seed Junky OG. Chunky light green buds, dense. I got the gas and earth tones outta this out the pack more true to an OG but the Kush Mints came through on the draw, overall this one knocked me right out.. hits like truck and it's definitely one to consume when you're on free time lol. Beatnik made me feel like Sputnik I was out there. Haven't had a strain hit me like this in a while and I'm a heavy indica dude.
Star Scream : Cereal Milk x Gelato. While I typically don't really like the Cereal Milk, I love a good gelato strain and this was a nice treat. Again large, chunky buds these were more frosted.. the nose was fruity and smelled amazing. The draw was much smoother like a true gelato and the effects while very noticeable were not nearly as strong as the LA Beatnik...
